May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we're partnering with our sister CTCs in UP Coalition Network to celebrate with a virtual event! UP Wide Promoting Mental Health is a call to individuals and families to share the things that are supporting their mental health during this difficult time.
UP Wide Promoting Mental Health will be held on social media during the month of May. To participate, simply share a picture or post of what you’re doing to support your mental health during the quarantine. Tag your coalition’s social media in the post, and use the hashtags #StigmaStopsHere906 and #GoGreenForMentalHealth.
Make sure your post is public so your coalition can see it! Participants will be entered in a drawing for a local restaurant gift certification.
